“Oh My God” vem logo após “Easy On Me”, single que também faz parte do quarto álbum de sua carreira e que acumulou diversos recordes para a artista. O clipe de “Easy On Me” é todo em preto e branco.
Seguindo o mesmo estilo preto e branco, o clipe de “Oh My God” traz várias versões da cantora britânica que aparecem em um ambiente cheio de dançarinos. Os dançarinos promovem coreografias hilárias, além de evidencias elementos que dão um toque ainda mais especial ao vídeo.
Um outro detalhe que chama bastante atenção são os figurinos usados por Adele no clipe. A artista usa roupas de Vivienne Westwood, sua conterrânea. Em vários momentos ela aprece com um vestido vermelho da marca.
