No próximo dia 15 de maio, na MGM Grand Garden Arena, em Las Vegas, acontecerá o Billboard Music Awards 2022. Premiação que celebra os artistas e as músicas mais populares nas principais paradas dos Estados Unidos e do mundo. Entre os indicados, os destaques ficam por conta de The Weeknd e Doja Cat.
O Cantor canadense foi indicado em 17 categorias, incluindo Melhor Artista, Melhor Artista masculino e Artista do Hot 100. O sucesso “Save Your Tears (Remix)”, com participação de Adriana Grande, foi listado em seis categorias. O artista foi o grande vencedor da edição de 2021, levando 10 prêmios entre as 16 categorias em que esteve indicado.
Disputando 14 categorias, Doja Cat foi a segunda mais indicada este ano. Justin Bieber, Ye (Kanye West) e Olivia Rodrigo tiveram 13 indicações cada um.
